Good morning everyone!  Well, I don't know how your night went; mine was dealing with pain. So, this morning I kept hearing the little song in my head, "Rejoice evermore for this is the will of God..." This song I learned as a young girl has been a great source of putting on the gratitude attitude.

Reasons to rejoice? Because we are told to and it pleases God. Let us be renewed in the spirit of our mind today, shall we? A very good reason to rejoice in all things, as it says in Philippians 4:4. Another reason I found in Colossians 1:13-14..."For He delivered us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins."  We need to remember the gift we have been freely given. Jesus Christ remains First!

Ephesians 1:1-14 tells us the Father chose us, His Son redeemed us and we have been sealed by the Holy Spirit. So if you aren't persuaded that you are chosen read this again. We find in I Peter 2:9 ..."But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a Holy nation, a people for God's own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him Who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light."

Are you seeing the value God places on your life? When you need a lift because of the weight of this world, REJOICE! "Now to Him Who Is Able to do immeasurably more that all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus." Ephesians 3:20-21. Did you notice HE IS ABLE TO DO IN YOU?  Awesome!

I love what Jude says in verses 24-25, "To Him Who Is Able to keep you from falling and to present you before His glorious presence without fault and with great joy---to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! AMEN." Don't miss this, HE IS ABLE TO KEEP YOU!

Today friends, if you and I will take up a shield of faith and stand on the promises of God in Christ Jesus we will find it easy to  Rejoice. Already, I feel better as I write this and speak outloud these promises. There are so many more for us to build our temples with. If we take the time changes will happen. There is only one problem I can see here. It is if I don't take the time.

Building up our spiritual muscles is work yet, rewarding. I pray that the Holy Spirit guide us today into all truth. "The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace." Numbers 6:24-26.  Let us Rejoice!

Abundance is...strong muscles, strong temple!
