Good morning friends

I call you friends because of our kindred spirit of love for Jesus Christ, the precious Son of God. Because He is my friend, you are too. My heart is heavy this morning for those who are in the thick of trials. This world is a big place but not so big that you aren't noticed. Please take time right now to tell Him about your sorrows, concerns and then, tell Him you trust Him once again.

Jesus keeps me in His sight today as He did yesterday and will tomorrow. It is only as I give my life a living sacrifice, totally dependant upon Him, that I can take the next step on this journey. Be encouraged today. You are loved by the perfect lover.

Today, I am thankful for so many blessings. My lungs are working and taking in the air. My food is provided today. My shelter is enough and my clothes are adequate too. I am thankful that the blood of Jesus has covered all my sins and His precious life is given to me. He is great and mighty and takes down the strongholds and the enemies devises against me. I am safe in the shelter of the Almighty!

As I count my blessings, giving them names, they get worked into my soul and shout out to my weary mind what is always true. There is a time we are given to say everyday, "here I am Lord." As I call out to Jesus, "help me." I can right along this say, "here I am Lord." In other words, I surrender my life to you.

Romans 12 speaks about this as a living sacrifice that is well pleasing to God. It comes with the warning to not be conformed to this world but, be transformed by the renewing of our mind. That comes with a new attitude too. We have been given the unmerited favor of God; Grace. Are you praising the Lord for His Grace? I sure am!

When you asked Jesus into your heart did you ever doubt you were saved? Doubt usually comes for me, when things aren't going very well. Here in Romans 11:29 it says, "For God's gifts and His call are irrevocable. [He never withdraws them when once they are given, and He does not change His mind about those to whom He gives His grace or to whom He sends His call.]" You can remind the enemy this truth when he comes against you.

Then, call out again saying, "here I am Lord!"  Like a child wanting the attention of her father. She calls out because she knows he will come. If he doesn't get there in her time, well you know, she calls some more. Her crying out might get under his skin, but, he does come. Doesn't it say in Matthew 7:7..."Keep on asking and it will be given you; keep on seeking ayou will find; keep on knocking [reverently] and [the door] will be opened to you."  Be steadfast for His love!

Zephaniah 3:17 says, "The Lord your God is in the midst of you, a Mighty One, a Savior [Who saves ]! He will rejoice over you with joy; he will rest [in silent satisfaction] and in His love He will be silent and make no mention [of past sins, or even recall them];He will exult over you with singing." Thank you Lord Jesus.

Wonderful! You can cry out whenever you need too. The Lord pays attention and will come at just the right time. He will pick you up and look into your eyes. You can see His smile as He sings a song of love to you. I love this picture! You and I are really, truly cared for! More than anyone else we know can. I say then, can we depend on Him? YES!

Whether your season of life is rough or smooth, tell the Lord of Life, "here I am Lord."  Have a sweet day in His presence and I will return as He wills. The Lord bless you my friends. You are in my prayers.

Abundance is...answer to a longing fulfilled
