 Dear brothers and sisters,

Our lives are walking examples to the world that there is hope. Our journey reveals our faith and trust in God. That His plans succeed and we will see them accomplished. 2 Corinthians 5:5 says, "Now He Who has fashioned us [preparing and making us fit] for this very thing is God, Who also has given us the [Holy] Spirit as a guarantee [of the fullfillment of His promise]." Isn't that worthy of praise? It is so good to know that we are not on this great adventure as believers, all alone. We have and are full of the very Spirit of God which raised Jesus His Son from the dead! Glory, honor and power be to His name!

Yesterday, we started to look at a portion of scripture that I love so much. Reading Ephesians has opened my eyes to see the great purposes of God. So, picking up at Ephesians 3:18..."That you may have the power and be strong to apprehend and grasp with all the saints [God's devoted people, the experience of that love] what is the breadth and length and height and depth [of it];"

What is this love? John 3:16..."For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life." If you do not know this love, please take time now to pour your heart out to Jesus. Let Him redeem your life from the pit of darkness and bring you sweetly into His perfect, pure Light. Then, you can know Him intimately, and become like Him. Psalm 145:3 says, "Great is the Lord and highly to be praised; and His greatness is [so vast and deep as to be] unsearchable." Read Psalm 148 for a real good picture of His greatness. He is our awesome Father in heaven! Hang out in the book of Psalm often to keep a picture of Who you are serving. It will refresh your soul, I guarantee.

Ephesians 3:19 says, "[That you may really come] to know [practically, through experience for yourselves] the love of Christ, which far surpasses mere knowledge [without experience]; that you may be filled [through all your being] unto all the fullness of God [may have the richest measure of the divine Presence, and become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself]!"

There have been times in my life that drinking water just does not quench my thirst. There have been times when my belly is really hungry and yet, I was not satisfied.. When we come to Jesus and ask Him to be our savior it is then, that we find fullfillment. He gives us living water and fills our hearts and souls with the bread of life. He will sustain us and keep us under His protection. Like the little chicks that run to the safety of the momma hen, we come under the shadow of His wings...Psalm 91. God created us to enjoy relationship with us. All it takes is for us to come near to the throne of His abundant grace. Amen?

Father, we pray that You would enlarge our hearts for relationship with You. Your promises are wonderful and we want to partake of them today. Lord, You are great and mighty and able to take care of every detail of our lives. You are able to heal, restore and deliver us. You are so willing to fill our very being with Your fullness; the richest measure of Your divine presence. So, we come to You and surrender all that we are and ever hope to be. Make us like You planned from the beginning. We love You. In the gracious name of Jesus Christ, amen.

Abundance is...we can know Him
