 Dear brothers and sisters,

I am writing today regardless of my pain. Yesterday I took a fall and got pretty banged up. I covet your prayers for this body to recover soon. The Lord watches over us doesn't He? Though I am pretty bruised and sore, I praise the Lord that the concussion is over and nothing was broken. In everything giving thanks because for this time I have nothing to do but pray and step closer into His presence. Learning to totally depend on God because His plans are perfect. I am surrounded by caring family and so grateful to have a few minutes to share with you what is on my heart today.

Even though I will be taking a few days off, you are in my thoughts and prayers. If you want, take time to read some back posts and I will be back soon. Thank you friends. But, now for the good stuff.

Ephesians 3:20-21..."Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose] and do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinately beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes or dreams]---To Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations forever and ever. Amen (so be it)."

Now, wasn't that worth the time? I know my body is hurting and my heart is filled with compassion for those of you who are in pain today. When I fell I knew I was in God's hands. Since, I have been praying that I don't fall into self-pity leading to sin. I want to worship Him when I am up or when I am down. In all the scripture tells us that the enemy cannot stike at us to destroy. As I have come to believe, this little chick is safe under the wings of safety. I think I may have mentioned that yesterday. It is tried and true. God is good all the time. I believe this.

Bless you as you continue to follow in His footsteps. Believe that all of His purposes are to do superabundantly. Go ahead, I dare you to ask! See you again soon. In the powerful name of our risen savior, Jesus. Amen. Love to you, Patricia.

Abundance is...we are under His wings
