Dear brothers and sisters,

Have you ever thought God was leading one way and then found His Spirit speaking to you, with confirmation, that leads you another way? That is what is happening in my life today. Yet, He is trustworthy isn't He? God is good all the time!

Heart PEACE comes when we spend time listening at the feet of Jesus. All the other issues just seem to fade into the background as we place our trust in His care. Knowing we belong to the Lord. Knowing He is in control. Knowing we don't have to be afraid and worry.

John 14:27 says, "PEACE I leave with you; My [own] PEACE I now give and bequeath to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. [Stop allowing yourselves to be agitated and disturbed; and do not permit yourselves to be fearful and intimidated and cowardly and unsettled.]"

Do you cry out for a quick return of Jesus because you are in trials of various kinds. When I realized there are so many threads to make up that completed picture God has planned; then I think more soundly about the beauty of each thread. They are made up of many people, events, and the things that make for PEACE in the outcome. Will we trust Him to do this fine, detailed work in the way He sees best? Each piece is important.

Jesus will call us by name one day and we will be free from the weights pulling on us. We have to trust to get perfect PEACE. It is so important that faith grows and builds. Trust and faith work together. And, that is God's intention as we walk this sometimes very steep journey.

Philippians 4:6-7 speaks fresh life to my soul everytime I read it. "Do not fret or have any anziety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition (definite requests), with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God...

"And God's PEACE [shall be yours, that tranquil state of a soul assured of its salvation through Christ, and so fearing nothing from God and being content with its earthly lot of whatever sort that is, that PEACE] which transcends all understanding shall garrison and mount guard over your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus."

By now I can almost hear you singing "Glory to God!" When my mind and heart are engaged with the things of God and listening to His Word, then, I am tranquil. I don't have to seek out another mediator! Just Jesus! His Spirit dwells in us! Galatians 5:22 tells us we already have access to this PEACE!

These scriptures have become like a foundation under me. The more I gain from reading God's Love Letter the stronger I stand in the assurance of His Love. There are many more words about PEACE. I have only touched on the ones that mean so much to my own heart. What are yours? Take time to think about this. It will be important in the coming days as our world grows in darkness. We get to be the lights of Jesus shining out to bring hope to others. How are you shining today?

The name of Jesus shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father [of Eternity], Prince of Peace. This found in Isaiah 9:6. Now, have you found Jesus today? I know some may not know Him yet. Will you pray with me?

Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dieing in my place. You covered all my sins and I am so grateful. I surrender my life to You and will follow where You lead me from here. I can't fix my mistakes so thank you for taking me just as I am. Come into my heart so I can know Your name intimately. In the matchless name of Jesus, amen.

Praise God brothers and sisters; now go out and share the Good News to the world around you. No matter what the conditions are just keep speaking His name. Know His peace and trust Him. This is my prayer for you "that are in Christ Jesus (the Messiah), may there be PEACE (every kind of PEACE and blessing, especially PEACE from God, and freedom from fears, agitating passions, and moral conflicts). Amen (so be it)." 1 Peter 5:14.

Abundance is...when there is PEACE
